Hello.
We have removed water radiators in our basement in favor of underfloor heating, but I've chosen to keep the old connections in case I encounter any issues with the underfloor heating or in case I want to connect a towel warmer in the future. These pipe stubs come down from the ceiling, but how do I disguise them nicely?
The plan is to have a regular ceiling molding (white cove molding), with white tiles on the walls and a white ceiling panel.

My thoughts are leaning towards some kind of "box" / enclosure in white wood or stainless steel ...what does the forum think?
Has anyone made a similar solution?
Pipes from ceiling with metal connectors and caps, surrounded by white paneling and tiles, showing removed radiators for underfloor heating installation.

Anyone have any good ideas or thoughts??

Saw out of a hole, cut the pipes further up, plug it again, install inspection hatch.

Hi, thanks for the input. But that's not an option.

Paint everything white.

I'm looking for some kind of box, but haven't figured out the choice of materials or design yet. Maybe there's even something ready to buy?

Hello.
What is the length of the pipes?
If they are shorter/the same as the ceiling molding, then build a box with the ceiling molding around the box.

The length is about 6-8cm (longer than the width/height of the crown molding).
-yes, that's something similar I'm considering.

My problem is solved, I bought a cable trunking in the appropriate size along with matching end caps and hid the pipes.
(There is also a ceiling moulding now, but the picture was taken before it was installed).
I've done it this way in two places and I think it was a good solution.
A cable duct with end caps installed in a tiled corner near the ceiling, before adding crown molding.
