We have an apartment from 1936 where we have removed all the wallpaper. Under the wallpaper, there is plaster, and within that, there are bricks. I'm not sure if the brick goes all the way to the outer wall or if there is any insulation (I'm not a building engineer...) in between. Probably not. The walls are quite thick.

We don't want any window frames; it should be a frameless transition, but we are having trouble knowing how to proceed because there is an air gap of about 2 cm between the window frame and the plaster/bricks. Can we "mortar" the plasterboards with mortar (according to the hardware store)? Glue plasterboards directly onto the wall? Screw them directly onto the wall? Fill in the air gap with some material and then cover with fabric?

Is it then possible to mount electrical outlets in the plasterboards; are they strong enough for that?

I would really appreciate wise advice and what not to do!

Don't really understand - can you provide a picture? If I understand correctly, you're talking about the gap between the frame and the wall that should be filled with drev and then covered with a narrow wooden strip or similar (plaster works too, but there's a risk of it cracking due to movement). Why drywall? Consider applying new plaster (mortar) and smoothing it out for a nice and lively surface to paint on. Attaching an electrical box only to drywall sounds very precarious; it will likely come loose over time since drywall has such poor durability.
