Does anyone have any clever suggestions on how one might solve the following;

As we are going to extend on top of parts of our storage, we will build pillars with concrete blocks to support the roof for the increased load that will occur.

The question is - since the concrete blocks come in fixed sizes; HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH THE LAST PIECE so that the pillars truly bear parts of the roof's weight. Regular industrial props are screwed upwards to support, but that method doesn't work with fixed concrete blocks. Grateful for all kinds of ideas.

Expanderbetong is usually the most common. Just make sure there is a form so it doesn't run off.

Thank you for your response :-)
as long as the bruket isn't too loose, it seems to have worked okay without a form.
