I am going to dig and pour a new concrete floor with water loops, where walls for rooms will also be erected using 45x70 wooden studs. How do you attach the bottom plates to the concrete floor?
I will be digging and pouring a new concrete floor with water pipes, where walls with 45x70 wood studs will also be erected. How do you attach the base plates to the concrete floor?
I lost control over the water pipes a bit, so I glued metal tracks with PL400 and placed the "base plate" in them. Otherwise, spike plugs or expansion bolts are suitable. With sill gasket between concrete and stud.
