We have suffered water damage, and in one room the moisture has risen about 15 cm on the inside of the outer wall. We should probably remove the parts that have been in contact with the water, but the wall is made of some strong water-resistant board that is nailed down. How do you remove it without damaging the insulation and other materials inside the wall?

The house is an Eksjöhus built in 1994. All tips are gratefully received :)
