How to cut styrofoam boards the easiest way?

I will insulate parts of the beam bottom with 100 mm Styrofoam that I got for free. I tested Jula's heat knife but it gives poor precision as the parts are weak and bend, and the heat also melts into the material. Then I took my old machete which gives nice cuts but is quite tiring to use. Are there better ways?

The last time I did it, I ran them through the table saw. But there were quite a few 'small particles' to vacuum up afterwards...
