Bought 4 meters long plastic roofing from Jem & fix.
It says it's PVC plastic.
How do I cut it in the best way so it doesn't crack?

Corrugated PVC roofing sheet, Jem & Fix, 1090 x 3500 mm, showcasing ridged design. Price shown 219,00 per sheet.

By hand. I used a small fine-toothed Japanese saw. The most important thing is that the PVC plastic has adequate support next to the saw cut. (I placed several boards on the trestles.) After some practice, it went really well.
A fine-tooth Japanese saw with an orange and black handle, used for cutting PVC plastic with support.

I usually use a cap disc and the angle grinder. Just make a line to follow with a marker pen first.

Could be that... Does the edge melt much?

No, just melts a little, just enough to reduce cracking. It usually works perfectly, use a 125 mm disc.

Absolutely angle grinder and cutting disc! It's quick and there's little risk of cracks. There's a bit of melted plastic on the edge but it usually can be easily picked off with your fingers.

I've used both stone and metal. Notice no difference.
