How to build a sustainable ceiling?

Maybe poorly worded headline.

I will furnish an upstairs that is only insulated. In some of the rooms, I will open up to the ridge. But in two of the rooms, the movie room and the bathroom, I will install a regular ceiling at a height of around 2.5 m. But I plan to build the ceiling so that it can bear weight. I intend to use the space above the ceiling as an attic for storage.

How should I build the ceiling so that it can bear weight?
Dimensions of the joists?
How should I attach them?

Your ceiling essentially becomes a joist. Attaching it to rafters I would think is the easiest solution without knowing what it looks like.

The upper floor is about 7.5 meters wide at floor level. It is about 4.3 m wide where the ceiling is 190 cm or higher.
