My wife is considering building wall paneling on half the wall behind the bed in the bedroom and has watched some different videos on YouTube for inspiration, like the one I've included in this post. The walls are made of blue concrete.
If I first put a thin MDF as a background, do you think adhesion glue is enough or do I need to nail it? I think just gluing the moldings and railings will be sufficient.

Nail the white boards so that the moldings will cover the nails. The top edge under the ceiling molding so it stays in place there.
Gluing the moldings should work, as long as you can hold them in place while the glue sets.
