How to attach click flooring to wall

I want to create an accent wall for my flat-screen TV. I want to cover this wall with click flooring, but how do I attach it so that it doesn't fall down as one big slab?

The wall is wallpapered concrete.

It should be possible to glue?

I have glued laminate on the stairs at home, and it should work on the wall as well.
Maybe it should be something specific for concrete, but it should work with Super Set.

What is the difference between PL200 and PL400?

PL200 is softer and supports less weight than PL400, which can handle 25kg/cm².
I have heard that PL 400 is now supposed to be prohibited?

But then there is:
PL 600 Wmax
Extra strong mounting adhesive with immediate adhesion and
maximum strength for attaching various materials indoors.
One surface should be absorbent. Water-based.

I was thinking of having a whole wall, about 3.5m On this wall, I was then planning to have a panel that is designed for the plasma and speakers, and equipped with the same material as the wall. This panel should be distanced about 5cm from the wall. Behind this, all the cables and a light strip will be. The panel should also be equipped with shelves for DVD movies and DVD player.

Will it be a whole wall or just right by the TV?

Just finished a 2.5 m feature wall with ash parquet in the upstairs living room. It's fine to nail with brads in the tongue. Use a punch so you don't damage the plank in the last bit. Good luck!
