How to apply waterproofing? Guides requested!
I have a bathroom in the basement that needs renovation. I plan to do as much as possible myself, and since it's an uninsulated slab and concrete walls, I've understood that it's only necessary to apply waterproofing in the shower area.
But how do you do it? Are there clear descriptions/guides to read about how to do it in a professional manner?

Each waterproofing membrane manufacturer has instructions for their specific systems. Here, for example, are the instructions for one of LIP's film systems: https://www.lip.dk/media/536573/system-27-okt-2018_web-ny.pdf?v=1582020366953
So you need to start by deciding which system you should choose.

Have ordered and used Kiilto waterproofing membrane from kakelplattan.se. Very satisfied with the products, instructions, and support. http://www.kakelplattan.se/
Job descriptions for Kiilto's different systems (rollable for concrete),

A bit off-topic, but it's my thread
How do craftsmen generally feel about doing parts of a bathroom renovation? I'm thinking if I could outsource replacing the floor drain, installing electric floor heating, and self-leveling the floor, and then do the rest myself except for the electrical work?
Do they take on such jobs or do they want all or nothing?
