How to apply PL400?

Yes, PL400 must be the worst glue or I just don't know how to apply it. I can make balls out of the glue with my own hands without it getting sticky. It's very solid, and nothing can be glued. Bought from byggmax. Do you have to do something special for the glue to "glue"?

Hasn't the glue become old then? Because when I have used it, it has been sticky.
And it sticks to everything

Sounds like the glue is old, there should be a date on the tube. The glue should be sticky so you shouldn't be able to make balls with your hands.

Sounds like it's old and semi-dry, PL400 sticks to everything, absolutely everything.

Just as you said, the glue was from 2010. Bought a new one and it worked perfectly. Thanks everyone.
