Hello. I'm in the process of creating a laundry room in the basement. I need some tips on how to ventilate the space that arises against the rock.

On the other side of the wall that the rock stands on, there is a crawl space. The other walls are exterior walls where about half is below ground.

I'm thinking of installing one fresh air vent at each end of the space.
Then I'm considering whether to insulate with foam or fiberglass wool.

Has anyone done something similar and how do you avoid condensation in such a situation?
