Hello!

I'm in the process of building a house made of lightweight concrete, which will later be plastered. The house was built about 6 months ago, and the roof trusses were added shortly thereafter. The roof was completed in December. It's a 1.5-story house.

We have now discovered that in three of the outermost corners, you can see thin cracks in the lightweight concrete. And I'm a bit curious as to why, of course, as far as I know, there's not many different ways to build a corner so to speak. Is this common?

How quickly does a house settle? Can you notice/discover "faults" after several years?

I have no experience with lättbetong, but houses settle during construction, then they shouldn't settle anymore.

Cracks appear in almost all houses during the first year.
