I will have a standard truss roof for a gable roof in a truss structure with a span of 8m without supporting walls underneath for about 3 meters. In the rest of the house, there will be walls under the trusses.

How much weight can the truss support in the "attic"? Is it possible to crawl around without issues when preparing for insulation of the attic and when installing ventilation, etc.?

Is it possible to store "items" up in the attic without major issues?

Marked the weak point I'm concerned about.

No problem crawling around up there, usually designed for a live load of 0.5kN/m2 + the self-weight of the inner ceiling, and if you also have inner walls below, that helps. I've walked around on my trusses spanning 9m without any walls below without any issues.
