Currently building a deck. I will build the structure (frame and support beams 145x45) on slabs. It will be a frame and then support beams on CC60. All 145x45 due to space constraints. Then decking 120x28.
I plan to adjust the height of the frame with "legs" screwed into the support beams. The legs will then stand on the slabs (with roofing felt in between).
The adjustment needed will be max a few centimeters and I wonder if there's a risk the legs will shrink and everything will become unstable? I recall that wood mostly shrinks in width?
Grateful for advice!
