How much do I really need

In the process of renovating the kitchen and the ceiling needs to be replaced. I was thinking of installing this ceiling http://www.beijerbygg.se/templates/BB_Produkt.aspx?id=40664 but I'm having trouble figuring out how many running meters I need for 30 square meters.

Well, looking at the website didn't make me much wiser. It should at least state how many are in a package (if it's packaged) and how many m2 it covers. However, a rough estimate suggests that between 210 and 235 lm might be needed. (Entirely depending on how much they overlap.)

If you guess that 15 mm disappears in overlap, it becomes about 290 m?
