I have a little concern because I don't understand. How much concrete should I use for a concrete slab that is 1500mm (length) x 1500mm (depth) x 80 mm (width).
I think it's 180 liters but I'm not at all sure.

Yes, you have calculated correctly.
15x15x0.8=180dm3
If you are going to buy ready-mixed concrete in bags, make sure to buy a couple of extra bags; if the form bends a little or you have miscalculated, it quickly becomes a relatively large extra volume that you need to fill.
