Hi,
There is an external pipe at the bottom of the wall.
How far away is it recommended to place things from it?
I'm going to place an IKEA wardrobe against the wall, is 1cm enough distance from the pipes?

Thanks in advance

You can completely ignore that the pipe is there, place as close as you want.

I will be putting studs on the wall for the wardrobe to be secured, which is why I wanted to know how thick the studs need to be.

I was wondering if the pipes could get warm and affect the wardrobe in some way.

Thanks for the answers.

Why do you need beams?
What kind of wardrobe is it, which model and size?

60cm in depth, model not sure yet.
Just placing a small piece of wood in the middle of the wall, behind the wardrobe so it has some support and doesn't move or tip over.

You can place a piece of wood/bracket on top of the wardrobe against the ceiling at the back so it can't topple forward.

I once made a room divider with Billy bookshelves that I secured against the ceiling with adjustable legs to avoid any interference with the ceiling or floor.

Thanks for the idea.
Maybe do something similar and place one behind so it doesn’t slide back toward the radiator pipes.
