How do you attach ceiling molding with glue?

Have a ceiling molding that needs to be glued up. What's the best way to do this? In all the "instructions" online, this is never mentioned. It seems like they hold it until it dries (but is the glue really that fast-drying), or do you need to brace them while it dries?

Most assembly adhesives have good "tack" so you don't need to hold them.

This one has extremely good initial tack.
