I can't interpret what the separating walls consist of, if it's just concrete or if there are also plasterboards. The drawings are from 1971 for an apartment building. Blueprint of a multi-family house from 1971, showing measurements and construction details of interior walls, including indications for concrete and plasterboard.

Do you not have the technical description?
There it usually states more details.

But at that time, drywall panels were not typically placed on concrete walls. However, someone might have added them later to achieve smoother walls.

What can be recommended to improve soundproofing in this case

Isolate against what type of noise, outdoor noise, neighbors above, below, or on the side, and what noise levels are involved?

is there any rule that says you must meet today's soundproofing requirements in a standard-enhancing renovation, e.g., BBR

What does this have to do with soundproofing regarding your earlier question about whether there is drywall on the walls?

One can renovate as they wish, improve and redo some parts without redoing everything. But as for rental buildings and rent increases, this might not be the best forum since it's mainly people who own their homes that are here. The Tenants' Association probably knows better.

All walls with a thickness of 150 are concrete. Even those with circles in them.

Yes, it is stated in BBR. Chapter 8.1.1 if I recall correctly
