How did I attach posts to the stair railing?
Hi! In the process of stair renovation that has expanded to renovation of the entire upper floor. As usual. You pull on a plank, then you're there đ
Now to the question, tore down the old plank for the railing to prevent falls down the stairs. Now going to put up a new stair railing. I'll attach a half post to the wall and a pillar in line with it from the stairs. But how do I attach the post securely to the surface? I don't want it to wobble or anything. Straight and firm. I have bought balcony parts from altanbygge.nu and used their mount with threaded rod and washer. However, I can't find hollow 90x90 posts for that solution. What do you do?

Now to the question, I removed the old plank for the railing to prevent falling down the stairs. Now I'm going to put up a new stair railing. I will attach a half post to the wall and a pillar in line with it from the stairs. But how do I fix the post firmly to the surface? I don't want it to wobble or anything. Straight and hard. I have bought balcony parts from altanbygge.nu and used their mount with threaded rod and washer. However, I can't find any hollow 90x90 posts for that solution. How do you do it?
Is it just a 90 x 90 post with a through hole that you're looking for?
There is a post in the middle of the picture?
Should it be used in the construction?
I don't quite understand your question.
You probably need to post some more pictures of the parts you plan to use and describe more precisely what the problem is and find out what's under the floor where you plan to attach.
