Hi everyone!
New to the forum and new to renovation.
I've watched most DIY videos on YouTube but this forum seems to be the way to go!
Helping my mom in her new house, so practicing here more or less

Now to the question, maybe a dumb one, but oh well..

What is this material and how do I make the basement hall look nice and get an even wall?
Newly drained house foundation.

Super grateful for responses.
Regards

  • Wall in a basement hallway with uneven texture, possibly made of plaster or concrete, in a newly drained house.
It is a plastered section, possibly a brick chimney breast. It is usually good to have it open and not built-in.

Plaster that you apply with screed tracks. Then you go over the surface with a trowel.
