Hook or bolt for infrared heater in balcony ceiling plus some questions about anchor compound
When they were doing balcony glazing on our balcony, the installer drilled twice and didn't put in any hook. So now we have 2 holes in the ceiling and would like to install an infrared heater. I was thinking of using anchor adhesive to install a hook or bolt in the ceiling.
The question is which is the best option?
How difficult is it to install a hook/bolt in the balcony ceiling with anchor adhesive?
Is there any good video or description on how to do it?

There must be a simpler solution that can be dismantled without the anchor mass; it's incredibly overkill for the job.
A suitable plastic plug or perhaps an expansion anchor if it's a big hole seems more reasonable.
