Hollow profile in brick. Available in swe?

I was in Italy some time ago and saw that a type of hollow clay tile profile is often used as a base for roofs and floors. The hollow clay tile is laid on top of wooden joists, and then concrete is cast on top, and presto, you have a roof or floor. The hollow clay tile works as a permanent form. According to information from an Italian, these building elements are cheap and come in all sorts of variants.

I've never seen this before, but I see tons of uses for an upcoming house project I have with my partner. I've searched like crazy but find nothing more than various manufacturers in Italy. I have no idea what they might be called in Swedish even.

In Italian, they are called Tavellone/Tavelloni.

Does anyone know what they are called in Swedish or English? Does anyone know where you can buy them closer than Italy?

Something similar is marketed in Sweden by the German Weinberger

I've emailed Swedish Wienerberger to see if they sell these.

I have now spoken with Wienerberger in Sweden. They had never seen these before and didn't seem interested in bringing them in either. They import products from German Wienerberger, but not from Hungary, for example.
