Hello!
We want to demolish 2 walls around the kitchen. One is load-bearing (about 2m long and about 30cm thick) and the other (about 2m long and 5-10cm thick) is thin and non-load-bearing. We need to hire a structural engineer to measure! We are in Gothenburg. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated!

What is the constructor supposed to measure? Do you live in a house or an apartment?
It is an end terraced house and we need help calculating the transition for a load-bearing wall. Was in a bit of a hurry when I wrote earlier.
Thank you so much!!

What type of contract do you have when hiring a consultant as a private individual?
A company that hires a consultant does so with a contract referring to ABK 09, but is it smart as a private individual? For construction contracts, you purchase with ABS 09, instead of ABT 06, because as a private individual, you have stronger consumer protection.
