I'm going to make an interior wall in a space with a ceiling height of about 3.5 meters. Then I will lower the ceiling to about 2.7 meters. It feels like it will be an unstable wall if I use 45*70 studs.

How do I either stabilize the 45*70 studs or if it's impossible, which dimension should I go up to? I would prefer that there's just drywall on the wall, one on each side, or do I need to reinforce it more?

Then how do I handle the ceiling? There could be a span of about 4 meters on those studs. I thought maybe I could do something like this:

3D model of a ceiling structure with horizontal beams and vertical supports, illustrating a concept for reinforcing beams for a 2.7-meter dropped ceiling.

The studs going upward are attached to the existing ceiling. The stud they are attached to reinforces the studs that I will attach the new interior ceiling to.
