I had been eyeing these hinges for a neat solution with hidden hinges for the door to my framed loft/attic.

Mounted upside down in relation to the image.
Now this product is not available, so I became a bit desperate for alternatives since I would like to make progress with the renovation.
I was drawn to this solution because it is relatively easy to install and the hinges are hidden.
The floor/ceiling is 105 mm thick.
Does anyone know of another place to get these or similar hinges? Or have tips on another type of hinge.
