Help with walls in carport storage

I am currently building a storage section for our carport.
This is how it looks now (from outside and in):
Outer panel (facade)
Sparsely spaced panel 28x70
Wind protection
Insulation (between the wall's beams)
Plastic
OSB board
What I'm wondering is if I can fit a sparsely spaced panel between the plastic and the OSB board? To run electric conduits, etc. I also want to bring the wall in a bit to go inside the leca blocks that the wall stands on so the boards can go all the way down to the concrete floor.
This would create a void between the OSB boards and the plastic.
Does this work or does it interfere with the insulation in some way? That there is an extra void before the boards themselves? It feels like it shouldn't matter... but I don't really know myself.
Best regards

If you want it permanently heated, you need to have the plastic 1/3 into the wall from the warm side. One way to solve this is to install a framework like 45x45 outside the plastic and run the electricity in this layer, plus you can also insulate it. This gives you better insulation and enough space for boxes, etc.
