Help with identification of bits

Hello!
I was thinking of screwing up some boards on the deck to be able to put up a railing but just discovered that the screws there look like this.
Does anyone know which bit should be used for these so I don't damage them in my attempts? I've tried with the normal ones but can't find one that feels just right.
