Hello.
I have a separate building with a laundry room that is now going to be renovated.
It is an uninsulated slab on the ground.
The walls consist of 200mm lecablock with a wooden frame on top.
The ceiling height is 2.4m and I can consider reducing this to 2m if necessary.

If I start with the floor - how should I insulate and moisture-proof it?
What should the joists be placed on to prevent moisture migration?

The lecablocks under the walls are 100mm wider than the wall - how should I solve this to get insulation there as well?
I don't want to add another 200mm to the lecablocks, it takes up too much space.

I'm sure I'll come up with more questions as I plan and tear down.
