Hello,

I am currently writing a report about my parents' house.
Unfortunately, they are not much help. So maybe you can help me!

The house is from the 70s. 1½-2 stories. Plastered facade, with a gable roof.
The ground is blue clay.

What I wonder is how a 70s house is built? The foundation, exterior walls, frame.
In the house, there are also two load-bearing iron posts that run from the ground floor to the intermediate floor. Does anyone have an idea what they are called?
Maybe someone recognizes this from their own villa.

It would be very kind if someone could help me. Thank you in advance.

The best thing is if you can get hold of the drawings and the technical description from when the house was built, as it shows most things. If you don't have them, they should be available with the municipality and can be ordered from there.
