Height of the lowest panel plank?

Hello!

I'm working on a garage where I will have horizontal fjällpanel.

I am now wondering what the appropriate height is for the bottom panel plank.

The link below shows a picture so you can see how it is in my case.

Is it appropriate for it to tangent the top edge of the lecablock, or should it overlap?

Note the proportions are a bit off in the image. Both sill planks are 45*145.

First of all, I have drawn the panleplanka upside down and backwards.

So if you could overlook that, I would appreciate any feedback.
