I quickly checked Eniro, and got 11 hits on steel beam in Borlänge, Avesta, and Mora Bla.
Otherwise, try calling a larger steel supplier like SSAB and see if there is any local supplier. They are usually very helpful!

I think you can even have it delivered... Call a salesperson at Bröderna Edstrand and ask there. If you're building, it's classified as a workplace. The truck that delivers it has a crane, so you don't have to worry about getting it home. Additionally, it might be a bit cheaper if you get it without intermediaries. A beam like that probably costs 3-4 thousand?

I've already heard about home delivery, and it only worked if they had some trip up to the western Dalarna villages.
