Hanging in basement ceiling for punching bag

Hello!

What do you think is required for hanging this type of bag? There is an existing hanging system but it might be too weak? I didn't install this one.

No response yet, what is in the ceiling, concrete or lightweight concrete slab, is it an expansion or one that appears to be a plumber's hanger with a plug, can it be unscrewed

No idea about the material but guessing concrete? It cannot be unscrewed. The previous owner had a chandelier hanging, so the question is whether the screw served that purpose. If so, it suggests that it might not be installed for heavier items.

Insert a hook, hang up the puff, hit it, and then hang on it, it will probably hold.

Hanging myself on it sounded a bit too dramatic. I'm hoping for a better 2021.
