I'm going to hang a large and heavy projector screen. It's a standard suspended office ceiling in the room, 54 cm down from the solid concrete ceiling.

Hanging from the suspended ceiling is out of the question. So I need to attach "something" to the concrete ceiling that ends level with the suspended ceiling where I then attach the screen's brackets.

The question is just what "something" is? There should be ready-made products but I can't find the right ones.

Does anyone have an idea?

You drill two pendulum irons into the concrete ceiling with each using an expansion bolt (the kind that cable ladders hang from), mount an angle iron at the bottom of each, and then screw a wooden beam between them, and voilà, you have something good to screw into!
Alternatively, if the screen only has two attachment points, measure the exact distance and bolt directly into the angle iron!

Exactly, just need to find them in a suitable place.

Bauhaus should have everything you need in the form of iron, angles, and bolts and nuts.
If you have access to a slightly larger construction site, you could buy a bag of fika treats for the electricians, and you'll get it from them! :)

The easiest is probably plug, screw pin, coupling nut, and threaded rod?

Or a reasonably sized frame of wooden studs that is "screw-plugged" to the ceiling.
