Halotex and stapling

I have read Mataki's current installation instructions for Halotex RS 10 "halotex_rs_montering.pdf" (http://www.mataki.com/mataki/documents/monteringsanvisning/halotex_rs_montering.pdf). It states the following:

Staple the fabric to the rafters with staples

12.9x10 with cc 50 mm or
16.5x19 with cc 100 mm.

According to information in another thread, the industry standard no longer allows stapling; instead, roofing felt must be nailed with roofing nails.

Do different rules apply for Halotex fabric than for roofing felt?

Which staples and associated staple guns (electric/pneumatic) correspond to the dimensions specified above? I cannot find these dimensions on the market. Please provide suggestions for any brand, surface treatment, etc.

Halotex is not exactly like regular paper, but more like a real fabric. In other words, it can withstand a hit from a staple hammer. http://www.epinions.com/Arrow_Staple_Hammer_Tacker_Shop_Tools is really stable and good. Available at most hardware stores.
