I was planning to go and buy gypsum plaster, but I'm starting to hesitate a bit as I see the price and how much one bag covers. Am I reading correctly that 1 bag only covers 1m2 if you apply a 1mm layer? It would be a lot of money if you were to plaster an entire large room. It almost costs the same as hiring someone to plaster with regular plaster in that case.

Or am I reading it wrong and maybe it covers more?

Gypsum Naturgips is an easy-to-work-with, clean, environmentally friendly, and fire-resistant material made from natural raw gypsum stone. Gypsum Naturgips is used for new construction and renovation of walls, ceilings, and wet areas. COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH: 2-3 MPa
TYPE: Gypsum plaster
WORKING TIME: Approx. 1 hour
FROST RESISTANCE: No
Required amount of water: 14 l /25 kg
Consumption (kg/m²/1 mm): 25/30

It must be wrong. 1 m² with a thickness of 1 mm becomes a volume of one liter. The bag should be larger.

Thanks for the quick response. That sounds like slightly better figures :) I simply interpreted it really wrong :)

No, it is Weber who has expressed himself very strangely.
