Gypsum and Styrofoam weight

I would like to mount an elfa bookshelf on my wall. It is made of a gypsum board and then about 10 cm of cellplast. Inside this, there is a concrete wall. I wonder if the wall with gypsum and cellplast is too weak to hold a bookshelf with 5 screws on each rail (10 in total).
