Thinking about hanging up four sets of Roman rings (gymnastics rings) from the ceiling in the children's room.

The house was built in 1991 and the ceiling is made of concrete elements that were lifted into place when the house was built. At least that's my educated guess since you can see clear seams in the ceiling every 3-4 meters.

What options do I have for attaching a screw eye to the ceiling?

My immediate thought is one like this with a plug:

Metallic screw eye with a loop, suitable for ceiling mountings like gymnastic rings.

Should probably add that the children weigh 20-30 kg and they are likely to get tired before they weigh 40-50 kg.

Thorsman plug fits well with screw eyes.

I bought (very expensive) plugs from Fischer at Bauhaus some time ago

Fischer wall plug with red and gray design, used for securing objects in masonry, bought at Bauhaus.

Lifting eye and expansion bolt would be another option

It will be so hard the day it needs to be plastered again.

Regardless of the solution, it needs to be spackled.

A standard 6mm plug handles that tensile load in concrete, so a plug that fits the eye won't have any problems at all.

The daughter had a punching ball in the basement many years ago, and it's been left there. Just unscrew it and let the expansion sleeve stay while you fill in with putty.
A metal eye bolt anchored into a textured wall, formerly holding a punching bag, with exposed expansion anchor in view. Close-up of a metal screw eye bolt, previously used for hanging a punching bag in a basement. A drilled hole in a textured wall where a punching bag was previously mounted; the anchor remains in place.

Trapeze hooks are convenient if you have steel loops on the lines.

I use essve plugs with the right drill and their screws, and it holds like a rock. My projector has three screws, but I tried hanging from just one and it wasn't a problem at all... Concrete is the best for attaching things.

I consider solid wood to be both easier and better when it comes to private use and the loads occurring there.
