Gluing in sub-zero temperatures, plastic against concrete?

Hello!

I'm finishing up some masonry work, planning to attach an LED strip to concrete.

Any tips on what adhesive to use when it's cold outside?
Also, nothing corrosive to the LED strip, like vinegar-based adhesives.

I had properly heated the concrete with a heat gun and then glued. The heat then creeps out from the concrete and warms the glue and LED strip.

Took out the gas burner and used it a bit, but it seemed to stick with the silicone, I suppose the lower the temperature, the longer it takes to cure, will see tomorrow how it looks

Kanoon! I would have gone out tonight and checked if it had slid down. And pressed it then.

Went out 30 minutes ago to check on it, it's still there, covered it up since it's supposed to rain tonight they say, hopefully, it cures anyway.
