Hello!
I am going to glue and screw together finger-jointed floor joists 45x170 c24 cc600 for my extension. They are 7.8 m long, and I have 10 pairs per floor (2 floors). The reason can be found in the thread
Intermediate Floor Joists - choice of construction and soundproofing - in case anyone is wondering. The basement walls are built, and I am working on the timber list now.
What I realized now is that the frame will be erected in January, and the work will take place outdoors in freezing temperatures. Is PU wood glue what I should use? It will require a lot of screws and glue, between 3-8 liters.
