Above the window, I plan to put up a board (or is it called a plank?) which I will then attach the blind to. The wall is concrete and I'd like to avoid drilling (hence the board). I was thinking of attaching it with some sort of adhesive, the one that came to mind is PL600. Tremco's website doesn't provide much more information other than it's good and adheres immediately. What do you think?

Sure, it works, but is a board really the only way? It does result in a rather unsightly setup. I would choose to drill into the concrete any day of the week. Rent a machine if you don't have one.
