Hi, I've moved into a new apartment, what bothers me in the new apartment is that it feels like it echoes a lot more than I'm used to. Also, when the neighbor upstairs walks, it feels like a bass box, almost like a pressure in certain parts of the apartment... All the walls are plastered and consist either of concrete or some form of light/blue concrete.
In my previous apartment, 2 walls were covered with drywall, do you think this might help me in the new apartment? Does renovation drywall dampen the sound that bounces?
