We are going to build a house of 310 square meters, the "main house body" is a two-story house with a mansard roof and is connected with two wings that will have gable roofs.
We are building a modular house, so what we need to know is the cost to erect the frame of the house and make it weatherproof (i.e., roofing felt on the roof) as well as erect the load-bearing interior walls. We will do the rest ourselves.
Does anyone have input on the scope in terms of man-hours?

Check with your house supplier, they usually have some companies that often assemble the houses for them, so you can get a price through them.
Yes, manufacturers of modular houses usually offer erection of the framework as well, so why not take it through them, one step of project management you can skip in that case.V villa Adenhielm said:
