We are in the starting blocks of building our dream house, but it's slow going to get quotes, so we would need some help.
We are going to build a house of 310 square meters, the "main house body" is a two-story house with a mansard roof and is connected with two wings that will have gable roofs.
We are building a modular house, so what we need to know is the cost to erect the frame of the house and make it weatherproof (i.e., roofing felt on the roof) as well as erect the load-bearing interior walls. We will do the rest ourselves.
Does anyone have input on the scope in terms of man-hours?
Thanks a million in advance.

Check with your house supplier, they usually have some companies that often assemble the houses for them, so you can get a price through them.
Yes, manufacturers of modular houses usually offer erection of the framework as well, so why not take it through them, one step of project management you can skip in that case.V villa Adenhielm said:We are at the starting point of building our dream house, but it is slow getting quotes, so we need a little help.

It's good if those delivering the materials and those assembling everything are synchronized, as there will always be questions, things that are forgotten, people blaming each other, carelessness, etc., and as a small private person, you don't want to end up between two companies experienced in disputes and quarrels
Yes, we have received a quote on this but feel that we want to compare it with something.
