Foundation with 350mm EPS. 150mm or 50mm for the top EPS layer? Advantages/Disadvantages

Hello!

I am about to order materials for my first foundation of 300 square meters. Is there any advantage/disadvantage to having the top layer consist of 150mm thick sheets instead of a combination of 100+50mm?

The disadvantage of 150 mm might be the foam plastic nails, which should be long enough. I can't think of any other disadvantage. The advantage should be less work with one less layer to lay out.
