We are currently building a deck and are planning to build a roof measuring 3*5 meters over part of the deck. We are considering 3 posts 95*95 and 5 rafters 45*145 cc 100, a simple polycarbonate roof. But how should the "foundation" for the posts be designed? It must withstand a fair amount of snow since we live in Norrbotten. Dimensions for the beam and bearer otherwise? We are considering 45*170 and 45*70 respectively. We have used ground anchors and plastic terrace feet that are supposed to withstand 800 kg, as shown in the picture. Have we thought wrongly somewhere? Grateful for input.
