Foam plastic, polystyrene as ceiling panel help

Wondering where to buy Styrofoam with a pattern like in the picture that can be used as ceiling panels? Checked at hardware stores without success???

I don't think the market is that large for those considering fire safety regulations... you'll probably have to look beyond the country's borders for those
That said, if a fire starts and you have those on the ceiling, you're "toast," so look for the equivalent in gypsum if it's the structure you're after...

I wouldn't dare light candles in a house with visible polystyrene in the ceiling. Try putting a lighter to a piece of Styrofoam and you'll probably understand why.
