I'm in the process of insulating the ceiling in the sunroom with styrofoam. Vertically, I will use two 50mm boards, placing them so the seams do not align.
But should the seams be sealed in any additional way? Tape or something else?

Make sure the discs are 1 mm larger than the space so they are compressed, ensuring a snug fit. Tape adheres poorly to cell foam.
