Otherwise, a regular "keyhole" works if you can drill out for the screw in the bed frame. Then it doesn't take up any space at all. I've used that for my headboard.

Simple option I hadn't thought of. Feels like I would need at least 3-4 to attach a 10kg 210x90cm headboard. It might be a bit difficult to fasten it in all these brackets since I can't see the back of the headboard when it's being attached to the wall. Probably need something that doesn't require mm precision when it's hung up.
